On behalf of the Committee and members of Whitehorse Youth Centre, which is based in Whitehorse Road, Croydon, I would like to thank Sanderstead Tennis Club for the very generous cheque we received, following the very successful Jubilee celebrations which they had at their Club premises on the 4th June.
As you may know, we are very dependent now on voluntary contributions to keep this place going and eventful and hopeful events such as this enables us to extend our work for young people here, and any contributions such as this is really a boon to us.
We all hope that the assocation may continue in the future!
The members of the Sanderstead Tennis Club are very welcome to call into our premises at any time to see what we are trying to do for this part of north Croydon.
This email is sent to ask that Sanderstead Tennis Club accept these few lines as a sincere thank you for all that they did for us on that day and to let the people of Croydon also know.
